Terms of Participation
Version 2026-09-v1 · updated 2026-09-12
KIZUNA ONE is a private community that people join voluntarily. These Terms explain how it works, what each member can expect and what is expected of them.
By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If anything here is unclear, or you do not agree, do not finish signing up.
1. What KIZUNA ONE is
KIZUNA ONE is a community organised around the participation of its members. The contributions of those who take part form a community fund, and that fund is distributed periodically among the members who meet the published conditions.
The platform organises that process: it records contributions, deadlines, points and movements, and shows them to each member in their dashboard.
KIZUNA ONE is an independent, self-governed community. It belongs to no bank, financial institution or corporate group, answers to no shareholders, and represents no outside interests.
The platform is administered by members of the community itself. Everything that happens to your participation — payments, points, level, awards, withdrawals and fund movements — is recorded and visible to you in your dashboard, as it happens.
The official contact channel is soporte@mykizunaone.com. Anything concerning these Terms is handled there.
2. What KIZUNA ONE is not
This is the most important section in the document. Please read it carefully.
KIZUNA ONE is not a financial institution, not a bank, not an investment fund, and it offers no financial products. It does not take money in exchange for a return.
There is no promise, guarantee or reasonable expectation of profit. Distributions depend on the resources actually available in the fund and on the published rules. There can be weeks with no distribution at all.
Taking part carries the risk of not getting back what you put in. Nobody should take part with money they need for essential expenses.
3. Who can take part
- Be of legal age in your country of residence.
- Register with truthful details: name, email, country and phone number.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.
- Comply with the laws that apply where you live.
4. Joining the community
Activation consists of two payments of 15 USD: the Administrative Licence and the Community Contribution. They can be made separately or together, in a single 30 USD payment.
The Administrative Licence covers the running costs of the platform and does not enter the community fund. The Community Contribution does.
From registration you have 30 days to complete both payments. After that deadline without completing them, the account becomes inactive.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through an external payment provider. KIZUNA ONE never receives or stores your payment details.
5. Points, levels and eligibility
Taking part earns points: for completing activation, for each active day, for cycle continuity, for recommitment, and for direct invitees who activate or become eligible.
Points are used to move up levels (HANA, TSUKI, HIKARI, SORA, KIZUNA). A level only affects a member's weight within a distribution. Points are not converted into money and are not shared out in proportion.
Thirty days after registration, with activation complete, an account becomes eligible. Only eligible members enter a distribution.
Administrators can adjust points by hand, always with a recorded reason that is visible in the history.
6. KIZUNA Monday
The fund is distributed on a weekly basis, in what we call KIZUNA Monday.
Before any distribution, a protected capital is set aside and never shared out. Only part of what remains can be distributed, as set by the policy published in the dashboard.
If the available fund cannot cover the minimum award for every eligible member plus a safety margin, there is no distribution that week. That rule is deliberate: it stops the fund from draining itself.
The share is worked out by each member's level weight, within a minimum and maximum amount per person. Every movement is recorded.
7. Recovery and recommitment
Anyone who receives in a KIZUNA Monday enters recovery, with two deadlines, both on Sunday at 20:00 Lisbon time:
- Until the Sunday of the same week they received, to recommit and earn points for doing so.
- Until the Sunday of the following week, to recommit at all. After that deadline the account is reset.
8. A reset account
If the recovery deadline passes without a recommitment, the account is reset as if it were new: points, level and cycle all return to zero.
Any balance that had not yet been sent returns to the community fund and is recorded in the ledger. Pending withdrawal requests are rejected.
From that moment you have 30 days to redo the two initial payments. If you do, the account works normally again and your team keeps earning points.
If you do not, within those 30 days, the team you had before stops generating points permanently. Only invitees attributed after the reset date will count.
9. Wallet and withdrawals
Withdrawals are made in USDT, on the BEP20 network (BNB Smart Chain) only. Each member stores their own address in the dashboard.
The address and the network are the member's sole responsibility. A wrong address, or using another network, means the amount sent is lost for good. It cannot be reversed, not by us and not by anyone.
The minimum request is 20 USD. A 10% administrative fee and a 5% share that returns to the community fund are deducted from the requested amount; the member receives the remaining 85%.
Two-step verification is required to request a withdrawal. It protects your money.
The minimum, the fee and the community share can be updated; the current values are always shown before you confirm a request.
Requests are processed by hand. A rejected request returns the amount to the member's balance and always states the reason.
10. Invitations
Inviting is optional. Nobody has to invite anyone in order to take part or to receive.
There is no financial commission for inviting. A sponsor receives points only, when their invitee completes activation or becomes eligible.
Presenting KIZUNA ONE as an investment, promising returns, or guaranteeing earnings to the people you invite is forbidden. Anyone who does so answers for it personally and may have their account suspended.
11. Conduct
By taking part, you agree not to:
- register false details or create multiple accounts;
- promise profit, returns or earnings in the name of KIZUNA ONE;
- use the KIZUNA ONE name, brand or materials without permission;
- attempt unauthorised access to the platform or to other people's accounts;
- use the community for unlawful activity, money laundering included.
12. Keeping your account safe
You are responsible for your password and for your two-step recovery codes. Keep them somewhere safe: without them you can lose access to your account.
Never share your credentials. KIZUNA ONE will never ask you for your password or a verification code by message, email or phone call.
13. Suspension and closing an account
An account may be suspended where there are well-founded signs of fraud, false details, or a breach of these Terms. Wherever possible, the member is told and heard first.
You can leave the community whenever you want. Leaving does not entitle you to a refund of contributions already made, because those contributions are already part of the community fund.
14. Taxes
Each member is solely responsible for declaring and paying whatever tax applies to them in their country of residence. KIZUNA ONE gives no tax advice and withholds no tax on anyone's behalf.
15. Limits of responsibility
KIZUNA ONE is responsible for the platform working and for recording movements faithfully. It is not responsible for:
- individual decisions to take part;
- wrong wallet addresses or networks entered by the member;
- lost passwords or recovery codes;
- outages caused by external providers, the network or the internet;
- what third parties say about KIZUNA ONE outside the official channels.
16. Intellectual property
The KIZUNA ONE name, logo, texts, design and software belong to the community and may not be used without written permission.
17. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the community's rules change. The version in force is always on this page, with its date.
Significant changes are announced through the official channels. Continuing to take part after a change means accepting it.
