Privacy Policy
Version 2026-09-v1 · updated 2026-09-12
This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
It is written to follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who handles your data
KIZUNA ONE is an independent, self-governed community, tied to no bank, financial institution or corporate group. Data is handled by the community's own administration, inside the platform, and is not handed to anyone else.
Everything we record about your participation is visible to you in your dashboard, as it happens. We hold nothing about you that you cannot see there or ask us for.
For anything concerning your data, write to soporte@mykizunaone.com. That is the official channel, and answers come from there.
2. What we collect
When you register and take part, we store:
- Registration details: name, email, country and phone number.
- Your password, always encrypted. Nobody can read it, ourselves included.
- Preferences: language and time zone.
- Participation data: payments, contributions, points, level, cycle, awards and withdrawal requests.
- Your USDT wallet address, once you choose to save it.
- Security data: last sign-in, failed attempts, and whether two-step verification is on.
- Audit records: IP address, browser and which action was taken, at moments that matter for security.
3. What we use it for, and on what legal basis
- So you can take part in the community and see your own information: performing what we agreed with you.
- To protect accounts and the fund against fraud and abuse: our legitimate interest.
- To send you essential emails, such as account confirmation or a password reset: performing what we agreed with you.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
4. Who sees your data
Inside KIZUNA ONE, only administrators, and only for what is needed: confirming payments, processing withdrawals and resolving problems.
Outside KIZUNA ONE, we rely on three kinds of provider:
- Hosting for the server and the database, in the European Union.
- Email delivery, for account messages.
- A cryptocurrency payment provider, which creates each payment request.
5. What we do not share
The payment provider receives only our internal payment identifier, the amount and a description. It does not receive your name, your email or any other personal data.
We do not sell personal data, do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes, and use no third-party advertising or tracking on the platform.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies the platform needs to work:
- the session cookie, which keeps you signed in;
- the language you pick, so the site shows in that language;
- the invitation code, for 30 days, so a sign-up is credited to whoever invited you.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you close it, the participation data needed to keep the ledger sound is kept for as long as the law requires, and the rest is deleted.
Audit records are kept for as long as needed to investigate security incidents.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete what is no longer needed;
- give you a copy in a readable format;
- stop a particular use of your data, or withdraw a consent.
9. How to exercise them
Write to soporte@mykizunaone.com. We answer within 30 days at most.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Security
Passwords are stored encrypted and never in readable form. The connection to the site is encrypted. Access to the database is restricted to the server and is not exposed to the internet. Two-step verification is available to everyone and required in order to withdraw.
No system is perfect. If a breach affected your data, we would tell you and notify the competent authority, as the GDPR requires.
11. Children
The platform is not intended for people under the legal age. If we find an underage account, we close it and delete its data.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with its date, and significant changes are announced through the official channels.
